Solid rubber strap (not nylon or plastic like cheaper models) remains flexible even in cool weather. spring steel insert makes it virtually indestructable. Made by Penn Fabrication. Part #H1014n

This kit now includes the hardware: 10-32 x 1-1/8" oval head screws and deluxe 6 prong t-nuts.

Overall length is app. 10" and the mounting screws are app. 8-3/4" apart. The t-nuts require 1/4" holes.
