FOR CABINETS WITH 1/2" CORNER RADIUS: These corners require a 1/2" edge radius on all your cabinet edges. If you're painting the box or using thin material like tolex, use a 1/2" radius router bit to round over the edges. If you're going to cover the box with speaker carpet, use a 3/8" router bit. Most speaker carpet is about 1/8" thick and will add that much to the corner radius.
