Specifications:

Non-flammable, water based neoprene contact adhesive for applying tolex and vinyl to wood or wood based substrates.

Directions:

Surfaces must be clean and dry. Apply to both surfaces (back of tolex and cabinet) with brush or foam roller. Let dry completely -at least 20-30 minutes, but not more than 4hrs. Two coats may be required on porous surfaces. Two coats are also recommended on edges, seams, overlaps and other potentially problematic areas. Let dry completely between coats.

Once dry, apply the tolex to the cabinet, but make sure to position it carefully as the bond will be made instantly. Apply pressure over the surface, but try to avoid stretching the tolex. A J-roller is highly recommended as it applies pressure evenly without stretching.

Clean up with soap and water. Store unused adhesive in tightly closed container. Do not allow to freeze.
